The property management arm of Lowe Property Group was formed 30 years ago. LPG Residential currently manages 21 properties, including six tax credit properties, totaling more than 3,000 units.

 

LPG Residential’s team has over 100 years of combined multifamily development, investment, and operational experience. LPG Residential’s goal is to create a seamless transition from development to lease up, and from property management to asset management, while maximizing returns and creating a better experience for residents and investors.

The weekly snapshot ensures that negative trends in LPG’s portfolio are addressed immediately without any long-term consequences to the health of the investment.
