The property management arm of Lowe Property Group was formed 30 years ago. LPG Residential currently manages 21 properties, including six tax credit properties, totaling more than 3,000 units.
LPG Residential’s team has over 100 years of combined multifamily development, investment, and operational experience. The report highlights monthly traffic and conversion percentages, resident turnover percentages, renewal increases, and current leasing trends vs in-place rents.
