New dining, live music, and entertainment concepts announced for Salt Lake City’s growing Granary District
Lowe Property Group (LPG) is excited to announce that The Rustic and Bowl & Barrel are coming to Silo Park, bringing new dining, live music, and entertainment experiences to Salt Lake City’s rapidly growing Granary District.
Known for its combination of live music, elevated casual dining, and energetic social atmosphere, The Rustic has become a popular destination in markets across Texas and beyond. The concept blends indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with food, drinks, and regular live entertainment, creating an experience designed to bring people together.
Joining The Rustic at Silo Park will be Bowl & Barrel, an elevated social bowling concept that combines modern bowling lanes with food, drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Designed as more than a traditional bowling alley, Bowl & Barrel creates a space for friends, families, coworkers, and visitors to gather and enjoy a unique entertainment experience in the heart of Salt Lake City.
The addition of both concepts marks another major step forward for Silo Park as the mixed-use development continues to grow into a destination for housing, retail, entertainment, and community activity within the Granary District.
