Kimberly has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the multifamily property management industry, overseeing apartment communities across diverse markets. With a strong background in operations, asset performance, and team development, Kimberly is recognized for driving NOI growth, improving resident satisfaction, and maximizing the long-term value of multifamily portfolios.
In their current role, Kimberly provides strategic oversight for regional operations, including property performance, budgeting, capital improvements, compliance, and customer experience. She partners closely with ownership groups, asset managers, and onsite teams to ensure communities operate efficiently while delivering high-quality living environments for residents.
Throughout her career she has successfully led large, multi-site portfolios, guided lease-up and stabilization efforts, and implemented best-in-class operational practices that improve occupancy, retention, and financial performance. She is known for building strong leadership teams, fostering accountability, and creating service-focused cultures that align operational excellence with resident care.
Prior to joining LPGR, Kimberly held senior leadership roles within nationally recognized multifamily organizations, gaining extensive experience across conventional, mixed-use, and value-add apartment communities.
Kimberly holds a degree in Human Resources and remains actively engaged in industry trends, regulatory standards, and leadership development. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and time spent with her husband and children.
