City Garden, LPGR took over management of the 61 unit Class A apartment community in Ogden, UT in June of 2023. LPGR’s admin and payroll efficiencies resulted in significant savings almost immediately. Admin expenses decreased by 36% from the first half of 2023 to the first half of 2024, and payroll expenses decreased by 21% during the same period.
