Karlie is the Manager of Design and Construction at Lowe Property Group (LPG). She is responsible for overseeing design and construction for LPG’s real estate developments. Prior to LPG, she founded Espie Creative, a design and construction consulting firm, and worked as a Project Designer at Studio Mai in Los Angeles.
Her experience includes 10 years of construction administration experience across the U.S., Mexico, and the U.K., with a design portfolio that includes multifamily, hospitality, commercial and custom home projects.
Karlie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach, and studied the History of Architecture in Rome, Italy.
